What is Jurassic Jungle LIVE?


Jurassic Jungle LIVE! is a 55 minute educational and interactive show led by our team of passionate Dinosaur Conservationists who are dedicated to making learning about Natural History fun and exciting. Our show features more than ten life-size dinosaurs and a captivating story including the evil Professor Calamity and his attempts to steal various dinosaurs! This fully immersive performance features themed lighting, sounds, and spectacular décor! Please be advised that during the performance, there will be low lighting, loud noises, and large dinosaurs up close that may not be suitable for all ages.




Can I book your dinosaurs for a birthday party?


Currently, only the full Jurassic Jungle LIVE! show can be booked starting at $50,000. We do not offer birthday parties or home visits at this time. For more information on how you can book or sponsor our full show, please email us at jurassicjungleshow@gmail.com.




How can we contact you?


If you are unable to find the answer you need on the FAQ page of our website, you may email us at jurassicjungleshow@gmail.com and a team member will get back to you as soon as possible. We do our best to keep up with Facebook messages as well, however, we do recommend emailing us as social media can sometimes be unreliable.









Ticketing

When can I purchase tickets?


We do our best to release tickets as soon as possible once we have been cleared by the venue. Tickets will be released no later than three months before your listed tour date. We will always announce once tickets are available in your designated tour date’s Facebook Page. You can find a list of those pages on the ‘Live Shows’ section of our website under ‘RSVP.’




Where can I purchase tickets?


Locations, tickets, Facebook groups, and ticket links are available on the ‘Live Shows’ section of our website, once tickets are released. Most of our ticketing is run through Eventbrite or directly through the venue. Terms and conditions of these platforms do apply.




How much are tickets?


General Admission tickets are $19.99. Additional ticket options and upgrades may be available for your show. Taxes and Fees may apply. Ticket prices may be subject to change.




Who needs a ticket?


All members of your party that require a seat must purchase a ticket. Small children and babies who can be held are free.




Are tickets refundable?


All sales are final. Refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and ticket selection. If a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. We cannot issue a refund to a different credit or debit card. If your credit card or debit card number has changed but is for the same account (e.g., a new card has been issued for the same account), the refund will be processed to that account. If you believe you may be eligible for a refund, please email jurassicjungleshow@gmail.com. See also ‘What happens if the show is canceled, rescheduled or postponed?’




I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?


Please email jurassicjungleshow@gmail.com with the first and last name of the purchaser, as well as the location, date, and time of the show you purchased for and a Team Member can resend the confirmation email for you.




I accidentally bought the wrong date/time for my tickets. What should I do?


Please email jurassicjungleshow@gmail.com with your first and last name, order number, and what date or time you would like to move your tickets to. If tickets are still available for the desired date or time we will transfer the tickets. However, we will have to transfer each ticket individually as a new order (e.g., if there are four tickets in your order to be transferred, you will receive four separate order confirmations for your new date/time). If tickets are unavailable for the date or time requested, a team member will provide you with options that are currently available. Please note that tickets are non-refundable if a new date or time cannot be selected due to availability. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.




What is the difference between Front Row and General Admission tickets?


Front Row tickets are limited to the front row of the venue for our brave conservationists and dinosaur lovers! They will have a front-row seat to all the action in the show and be up close and personal with our dinosaurs. The front row may be scary for some children as some of our dinosaurs are over 12 feet tall and can be quite loud! Please make sure this is something your child will be comfortable with. General Admission is any other seat in the venue that is not the Front Row. General Admission seats are not assigned and will be first-come, first-serve.




If I purchase Front Row tickets, do I still need to purchase General  Admission?


No, you will only need to purchase one or the other, but not both.




Can I sell my tickets to someone else?


Tickets may be used by a friend or family member if you are unable to attend. If an event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved, and refunds are approved, only the original purchaser—i.e., the person who purchased the tickets at issue directly—will be eligible for any available refunds or credits.
However, tickets are NOT available for resale. If someone is offering to sell tickets to you, this is a scam. Tickets can only be purchased through the designated link listed on our ‘Live Shows’ page or our Facebook page. Tickets will only be sold via Eventbrite or the venue. This will vary by location and venue.

What are your current tour dates and locations?


Our current tour dates and locations can be found on the ‘Live Shows’ section of our website.




What happens if the show is canceled, rescheduled, or postponed?


If the event is canceled: no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved: your ticket(s) (including any additional add-ons or upgrades are still valid, and no further action is required. However, we may provide the option to choose between a refund or a credit, for the event. Any refund and/or credit policies are determined on an event-by-event basis. We will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved event.




Is Jurassic Jungle Live! suitable for children with Autism or Sensory Issues?


Our show does include low lighting, loud noises, and large dinosaurs up close that may be over-stimulating to those with sensory issues. Because we do have dinosaurs moving about, we do require that everyone remain seated unless instructed during the show to ensure safety which may be difficult for our dinosaur enthusiasts who may get over-excited. Are venues wheelchair accessible?


We do our best to ensure all venues are wheelchair accessible. For additional accessibility information, please contact your city's venue.




Are there any accommodations available for the hearing impaired?


At this time, we do not have any services available to accommodate the hearing impaired. This is something we would love to do in the future! If you have any suggestions as to how we can accommodate the hard of hearing or deaf community, please email us at jurassicjungleshow@gmail.com.




Is parking available at your show?


All of our venues have designated parking. We will send out a ‘Know Before You Go’ email before your event that will have detailed parking information.




Can I bring a stroller?


We would recommend avoiding bringing a stroller if possible. No strollers will be allowed in the auditorium or performance space. Designated stroller parking will be available within the venue. However, strollers will be left unattended and will be placed in stroller parking at your own discretion. Jurassic Jungle Inc. is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. Newborns in carriers are permitted as long as the carrier does not have wheels or take up seating space.




Will there be food available? Can I bring food into the venue?


No outside food or drink will be permitted.
Concessions will be available at our Carnotaurus Café.




Liability FAQ


By participating in this event, you acknowledge that the risk of exposure to communicable diseases, including Covid-19, exists in any public place where you are exposed to other people. By purchasing tickets for and participating in this event, you and all guests in your party voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to communicable diseases, including Covid-19. You hereby assume all risk of bodily injury, illness and death, resulting from your participation in this event's activities. You, your guests, your spouse/partner, your heirs, successors, executors, administrators or anybody else who might claim on your behalf, hereby release, waive, indemnify and forever discharge Jurassic Jungle Inc. and the venue, and any affiliates, directors, owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers and any organization associated with this event from any and all liability, claims of negligence, for any disease, death, illness or injury. By participating in this event, you specifically release Jurassic Jungle Inc. and the venue where this event is hosted, from any claims or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or related to your participation in these activities. By participating in this event, you agree to give consent to Jurassic Jungle Inc, and its authorized representatives, granting them permission to photograph and/or video record your participation in this event. You further agrees that all photographs and materials recorded may be used in any form, as part of any future publication, video, brochure and or other printed material for promoting Jurassic Jungle Inc. You and your heirs hereby release Jurassic Jungle Inc, its successors, and the venue where this event is hosted, from any liability whatsoever related to these materials and they acknowledge that these materials may be used without any payment of fees, royalties, credit given to your name, or any other compensation, from now through eternity.





COVID

What are your COVID policies for Live shows?


At this time, we are following CDC, state, and local guidelines as well as venue policies in regards to COVID-19. We recommend checking with your city's venue for updated requirements. As we get closer to your date, we will also provide any Covid Policy updates or requirements in the Facebook group for your location as well as in a ‘Know Before You Go’ email before you arrive. You can find a list of those groups here.





Merchandise

Is merchandise available at your show?


Yes, we do have a variety of merchandise available for purchase at our shows. Items may include wearable dinosaur hats and tails, glow wands, and more. All items are subject to availability.




Is merchandise returnable?


At this time, we do not offer returns on merchandise. However, if an item breaks during the show, or if you would like to change out for a different color of select items, we are happy to do that for you.




What forms of payment are available?


We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cash as forms of payment at our shows.
